When we represent you and your business we treat your private information with the utmost confidentiality. When we receive sensitive information, we guard that information in our locked filing cabinets and do not store such information on our PC, unless it is password protected. We will only use that information when we have a client's direct permission to do so. When the information is no longer needed, we immediately dispose of such information through our paper shredder or return it to you. We do not recommend sharing personal information over the internet or e-mail.

We publish a newsletter and we never divulge, sell or share our subscribers e-mail or personal contact information.

We are dedicated to conflict resolution and if a dispute were to arise, we are committed to resolve conflicts within 24-48 hours.
